Individualized Sessions

My coaching sessions are customized to fit the strengths, needs and goals of my clients. Examples can include:

  • Weekly sessions (Zoom, FaceTime or phone call)

  • Texting available in between sessions

  • Trying out different approaches and routines until we find the ones that work best for you

  • Data collection to track progress over time

  • Establishing healthy and sustainable habits

  • Extended thematic sessions available upon request (e.g. term paper review workshop, building a resume, preparing for a job interview or presentation)
