Individualized Sessions
My coaching sessions are customized to fit the strengths, needs and goals of my clients. Examples can include:
Weekly sessions (Zoom, FaceTime or phone call)
Texting available in between sessions
Trying out different approaches and routines until we find the ones that work best for you
Data collection to track progress over time
Establishing healthy and sustainable habits
Extended thematic sessions available upon request (e.g. term paper review workshop, building a resume, preparing for a job interview or presentation)
