Coaching Services

High School Students

High school students face enormous pressure to balance the demands of school, college prep, sports, clubs, homework and their social lives. Through our work together, my goal is to position teenagers for success and confidence during this phase of their life. Whether it’s help with organizing a schedule, time management, balancing homework and extracurricular activities, coaching provides high schoolers with the foundations necessary to thrive on their own.

College Students

College can be a challenging time as young people begin to navigate the demands of school, work and life on their own. I work with college students to position them to thrive as they enter this independent chapter in their lives. Whether it’s help with organizing a schedule, time management, studying for midterms, looking for a job or making grocery lists, coaching is one of the best ways to develop lifelong healthy habits that will lead to future success.

Young Adults

Young adults can benefit immensely from the support of an executive skills coach. Together we can work on developing strategies to help you balance the demands of work, family, and personal life. Whether it’s meeting deadlines, keeping a to-do list, or meal planning, coaching will provide you with strategies you need to feel self-assured and in control day-to-day.
